Labour Disturbance definition

Labour Disturbance means any strike, cessation of work, refusal to work or to continue to work by Employees in combination or in concert or in accordance with a common understanding, or a slow down or other concerted activity on the part of such Employees designed to restrict or limit output, or any lockout, closing of place of employment, suspension of work or refusal by the Target or IISC to continue to employ any Employees or any other disturbance or dispute involving Employees.

  • Casual Worker means a worker engaged by the hour and who may be dismissed or leave the employer's service at any moment without notice and except as hereinafter provided shall not be engaged for more than 30 hours per week in ordinary hours.

  • Sabotage means deliberate damage, with malevolent intent, to a Category 1 or Category 2 quantity of radioactive material, a device that contains a Category 1 or Category 2 quantity of radioactive material, or the components of the security system.

  • Family violence means conduct as defined by S.7 of the Family Violence Act 2004.

  • Unavoidable means adverse impacts that remain after all appropriate and practicable avoidance and minimization have been achieved.

  • Sexual excitement means the condition of human male or female genitals when in a state of sexual stimulation or arousal.

  • Wildlife violation means any cited violation of a statute, law, regulation, ordinance, or administrative rule developed and enacted for the management of wildlife resources and the uses thereof.
