Kiddopotamus Seller definition

Kiddopotamus Seller means, collectively, the current holders of Equity Interests in Kiddopotamus that are signatories to the Kiddopotamus Purchase Agreement who will receive common stock in SI Holdings and cash consideration in exchange for their Equity Interests in Kiddopotamus as part of the Kiddopotamus Merger.

  • Selling Parties shall have the meaning specified in the preamble.
