KeyBank Credit Agreement definition

KeyBank Credit Agreement means that certain Credit Agreement, dated as of August 11, 2017, by and among Plymouth Industrial OP, LP, a Delaware limited partnership, the subsidiary guarantors party thereto, KeyBank National Association, and the other parties thereto, as amended.

KeyBank Credit Agreement means that certain Credit Agreement among GPM, KeyBank, National Association, as administrative agent and certain financial institutions party thereto dated as of the date hereof, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
