JV Holding Companies definition

JV Holding Companies means each of VSV I Holdings, LLC and VSV II Holdings, LLC, each a Delaware limited liability company and wholly owned subsidiary of ViaSat Satellite Ventures, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and wholly owned subsidiary of Borrower.
JV Holding Companies means each wholly owned subsidiary of ViaSat Satellite Ventures, LLC, which own all or any portion of the ViaSat-1 Joint Venture.

  • ASK and US Limited Partnership shall serve as ultimate holding companies for the Group (collectively the "JV Holding Companies").

  • Operating Companies means, collectively, the Creekside Operating Company, the Mentone Operating Company and the Yucaipa Operating Company. “Operating Company” means any of the Operating Companies.

  • Foreign Subsidiary Holding Company means any Subsidiary the primary assets of which consist of Capital Stock in (i) one or more Foreign Subsidiaries or (ii) one or more Foreign Subsidiary Holding Companies.

  • Domestic Foreign Holding Company means any Domestic Subsidiary of the Borrower that owns no material assets (held directly or indirectly through one or more disregarded entities) other than capital stock (or capital stock and/or debt) of one or more Foreign Subsidiaries that are CFCs and/or Domestic Foreign Holding Companies.

  • Parent Companies means, collectively, (i) Charter, (ii) Charter Holdings, (iii) Charter Communications Holding Company, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and (iv) CCH II.

  • Bank Holding Company Act means the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, as amended.

  • SAP Parent means SAP SE, a European Company (Societas Europaea, SE) established under the laws of Germany and the European Union, registered with the commercial register of the local court of Mannheim, Germany, under HRB 719915, with registered office in Walldorf, Germany, and business address at Dietmar-Hopp-Allee 16, 69190 Walldorf, Germany.

  • OpCo has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
