Joint Oil Block JOA definition

Joint Oil Block JOA means the joint operating agreement dated July 5, 2010 between the Company and Sahara in respect of the Joint Oil Block.

Related to Joint Oil Block JOA

  • Joint Operating Agreement (JOA) means the operating and participating agreement between the Parties constituting the Contractor that governs their operational activities, obligations and responsibilities under this Contract,

  • JOA means the joint operating agreement currently in force in respect of operations pursuant to a Licence and identified as such in Schedule 1;

  • JV Agreement each partnership or limited liability company agreement (or similar agreement) between a North American Group Member or one of its Subsidiaries and the relevant JV Partner as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • Interconnection Study means any of the studies defined in the CAISO Tariff or, if applicable, any distribution provider’s tariff that reflect the methodology and costs to interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric grid.

  • Operating Agreement means this Operating Agreement as originally executed and as amended from time to time.

  • JV means Joint Ventures

  • petroleum agreement means an agreement for the purpose of petroleum activities entered into by Government and another person in accordance with this Act;

  • Optional Interconnection Study Agreement means the form of agreement for preparation of an Optional Interconnection Study, as set forth in Tariff, Attachment N-3. Part I:

  • Clean Team Agreement means the clean team agreement, entered into between the Company and Parent, dated as of August 30, 2021 (as it may be amended or modified from time to time).

  • JOINT OWNER A Contract may be owned by Joint Owners. If Joint Owners are named, any Joint Owner must be the spouse of the other Contract Owner. Upon the death of either Contract Owner, the surviving spouse will be the primary Beneficiary. Any other Beneficiary designation will be treated as a contingent Beneficiary unless otherwise indicated in an Authorized Request.

  • Interconnection Studies means the Interconnection Feasibility Study, the System Impact Study, and the Facilities Study described in Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. Interface Pricing Point:

  • Development Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Interconnection Agreement means an agreement between Seller and the Interconnecting Utility and ISO-NE, as applicable, regarding the interconnection of the Facility to the Transmission System of the Interconnecting Utility, as the same may be amended from time to time.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Generation Interconnection Agreement means the large generator interconnection agreement to be entered into separately between Seller and Interconnection Provider concerning the Interconnection Facilities.

  • EPC Agreement means, with respect to each Project, the engineering, procurement and construction contract between the applicable Project Company and the EPC Contractor for design, procurement and installation of such Project.

  • Commercial Supply Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1 (Supply Agreement).

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.
