Issuer Note definition

Issuer Note means the promissory note evidencing Xxxxxxxx’s repayment obligations in respect of the Issuer Loan.
Issuer Note means the Promissory Note delivered to the Lender by the Issuer to evidence the Issuer Loan, substantially in the form of the assignable promissory note attached hereto as Exhibit A and all extensions, renewals, and replacements thereof.
Issuer Note means, while any Series and Class of Issuer Notes are represented by a Global Note Certificate, such Global Note Certificate, and while any Series and Class of Issuer Notes are represented by one or more Individual Note Certificates, such Individual Note Certificates.

More Definitions of Issuer Note

Issuer Note means one or more promissory notes issued by Pan-Western to the Issuer evidencing its indebtedness to the Issuer.
Issuer Note means the actuarial “yield” of the Issuer Note, as defined in Section 1.148-4 of the Regulations.
Issuer Note is defined in Section 9(b).
Issuer Note has the meaning given that term in Section 2.3.
Issuer Note means one or more promissory note(s) made by Developer to the order of the Issuer in the original principal of the Incentive Amount for a Component or Subcomponent, in the mutually agreeable form attached hereto as Exhibit P.

Related to Issuer Note

  • Borrower Note means the “Borrower Note” as defined in the Borrower Loan Agreement.

  • Subordinated Note means the Subordinated Note (or collectively, the “Subordinated Notes”) in the form attached as Exhibit A hereto, as amended, restated, supplemented or modified from time to time, and each Subordinated Note delivered in substitution or exchange for such Subordinated Note.

  • Lead Securitization Note means the Note included in the Lead Securitization.

  • Seller Note means the promissory note evidencing Xxxxxxxx’s repayment obligations in respect of the Seller Loan.

  • Non-Lead Securitization Note means any Note other than the Lead Securitization Note.

  • Master Note means a Master Promissory Note in the form mandated by Section 432(m)(1)(D) of the Higher Education Act, as added by Pub. L. 105-244,ss. 427,112 Stat. 1702 (1998) as amended by Public Law No: 106-554 (enacted December 21, 2000) and as codified at 20 U.S.C.ss. 1082(m)(1).

  • Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.

  • Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of a Lender evidencing Loans made by such Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit C.

  • Series 2019 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2019A Bonds and the Series 2019B Bonds.

  • MAC Notes The Classes of Modifiable And Combinable STACR® Notes shown on

  • Bridge Note has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.2(a)(1).

  • Senior Secured Notes means the $1,875 million aggregate principal amount of 7.375% Senior Secured Notes due 2023 of the Borrower including, as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time, including any senior secured exchange notes issued in lieu thereof.

  • Issuer Secured Parties means the Trustee in respect of the Trustee Issuer Secured Obligations.

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the Series 2020A Bonds and the Series 2020B Bonds.

  • Owned Note shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 32.

  • Demand Note means the note issued by the rating authority, in relation to the premises for the purpose of levying non-domestic rates prescribed by Scottish Ministers for the financial year, in respect of which a claim is made under this Determination;

  • Senior Secured Note Indenture means the Indenture dated as of November 5, 2009, among the Issuers, the Note Guarantors (as defined therein) and The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee, principal paying agent, transfer agent and registrar, as amended, extended, restructured, renewed, refunded, novated, supplemented, restated, replaced or modified from time to time;

  • Subordinated Note Amount has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Trustee Issuer Secured Obligations means all amounts and obligations which the Issuer may at any time owe to or on behalf of the Trustee or the Trust Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Noteholders under this Indenture, the Notes or any Basic Document.

  • Lead Securitization Notes means Note A-1-A, Note A-1-B, Note A-1-C, Note A-1-D, Note A-1-E, Note B-1, Note B-2, Note B-3, Note B-4 and Note B-5 for so long as any such note is included in the Lead Securitization.

  • 2013 Notes means the aggregate principal amount of US$345,000,000 of 5.00% Convertible Senior Notes Due 2013 issued pursuant to the 2013 Note Indenture.

  • Underlying Securities Indenture As set forth in Schedule I.

  • Debenture Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of December 1, 1989, between United Parcel Service of America, Inc. and Chemical Bank pursuant to which the 8-3/8% Debentures Due April 1, 2020 were issued, as in effect on the date of this Agreement (without giving effect to any amendment, supplement or other modification thereto, any repayment or covenant defeasance thereunder or any termination thereof), a copy of which is attached as Exhibit F hereto.

  • Underlying Securities Issuer With respect to an Underlying Security, the issuer thereof (including, if applicable, the guarantor of the Underlying Security), as identified in the Underlying Securities Schedule.

  • 2011 Notes means those certain notes issued pursuant to the Note Purchase Agreement dated as of March 22, 2011 among the Company and the purchasers named in Schedule A thereto.

  • Note A-5 Securitization Date means the closing date of the Note A-5 Securitization.
