Any and all Loans made to a Borrower shall be evidenced by the Master Note.
Upon effectiveness of such withdrawal, the Lender will return or destroy the Master Note issued by such Borrower and Exhibit D hereto shall be updated to reflect changes in the composition of Borrowers.
