Issuance Expense Fund definition

Issuance Expense Fund means the Warren City School District Issuance Expense Fund, to be established in the custody of the Trustee under the Trust Agreement for the deposit, investment and application of that portion of the Certificates, if any, specified in the Purchase Agreement, and used to pay costs of issuing the Certificates.
Issuance Expense Fund means the Issuance Expense Fund created in Section 3.02 of the Indenture.
Issuance Expense Fund means the Issuance Expense Fund created in Section 3.4 of the Loan Agreement.

  • Cash Expenses means, for any period, the operating expenses for the operation of the Property as set forth in an Approved Annual Budget to the extent that such expenses are actually incurred by Borrower minus any payments into the Tax and Insurance Escrow Fund.

  • Basic living expenses means the cost of basic food, shelter, and any other expenses of a Domestic Partner which are paid at least in part by a program or benefit for which the partner qualified because of the Domestic Partnership. The individuals need not contribute equally or jointly to the cost of these expenses as long as they agree that both are responsible for the cost.

  • Required Reserve Fund Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on which the Net Excess Spread is less than 0.25%, the amount, if any by which (a) the product of 1.00% and the Pool Balance for such date exceeds (b) the amount on deposit in the Basis Risk Reserve Fund immediately prior to such date. With respect to any Distribution Date on which the Net Excess Spread is equal to or greater than 0.25%, the amount, if any, by which (i) $1,000 exceeds (ii) the amount on deposit in the Basis Risk Reserve Fund immediately prior to such date.
