Irregular parcel definition

Irregular parcel means a parcel of land which is not uniquely defined on a subdivision plat but which is described by any of the following methods:

  • the Land means the land on which the development would be carried out or, in relation to development already carried out, has been carried out;

  • adjacent land means all land that borders a property and all land that would have bordered a property, if they were not separated by a river, road, railway line, power transmission line, pipeline, or a similar feature;

  • Participating Property means Development.

  • Tract means 2 or more parcels that share a common property line and are under the same ownership.

  • Action area means all areas to be affected directly or indirectly by the Federal action and not merely the immediate area involved in the action (50 CFR 402.02).
