IOC Performance Period definition

IOC Performance Period means each Franchisee Year, provided that: (a) the first IOC Performance Period will commence on the Integrated Operator Start Date; (b) the final IOC Performance Period will end on the Expiry Date or such earlier date of termination of the Franchise Agreement; and (c) no IOC Performance Period will be a period of less than six (6) months or more than eighteen (18) months;
IOC Performance Period means each Franchisee Year, provided that:

  • Performance Period means the one or more periods of time, which may be of varying and overlapping durations, as the Committee may select, over which the attainment of one or more Performance Goals will be measured for the purpose of determining a Participant’s right to, and the payment of, a Performance-Based Award.

  • Performance Milestone means an act or event specified in section 5.1 and described in section 9 of the EPLA.
