INVESTOR COMMON definition

INVESTOR COMMON means (i) the Common Stock issued hereunder and (ii) any Common Stock issued or issuable with respect to the Common Stock referred to in clause (i) above by way of stock dividends or stock splits or in connection with a combination of shares, recapitalization, merger, consolidation or other reorganization. As to any particular shares of Investor Common, such shares shall cease to be Investor Common when they have been (a) effectively registered under the Securities Act and disposed of in accordance with the registration statement covering, them or (b) distributed to the public through a broker, dealer or market maker pursuant to Rule 144 under the Securities Act (or any similar rule then in force).
INVESTOR COMMON means (i) any Class A Common Units issued pursuant to this Agreement and (ii) any Class A Common Units issued or issuable with respect to the Class A Common Units referred to in clause (i) above by way of unit dividends or unit splits or in connection with a combination of units, recapitalization, merger, consolidation or other reorganization. As to any particular units of Investor Common, such units shall cease to be Investor Common when they have been (a) effectively registered under the Securities Act and disposed of in accordance with the registration statement covering them or (b) distributed to the public through a broker, dealer or market maker pursuant to Rule 144 under the Securities Act (or any similar rule then in force).
