Investment Basket definition

Investment Basket has the meaning set forth in Section 7A.8(j).

Investment Basket has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.07(i).

More Definitions of Investment Basket

Investment Basket means (i) $1,000,000,000 or (ii) if the Borrower shall have received the tax refund from the Internal Revenue Service, as generally described in the Borrower’s report on Form 8-K filed September 2, 2004 (the “Refund”), an amount equal to $1,000,000,000 plus the Refund.
