  • In the event that after the allocation of Realized Losses for a Distribution Date, the Calculated Principal Distribution for a Class of Subordinated Certificates is greater than the Class Certificate Balance of such Class, the excess shall be distributed pro rata to the Classes of Subordinate Certificates in accordance with their remaining Class Certificate Balances.

  • In the event that after the allocation of Realized Loss Shortfalls for a Distribution Date, the Calculated Principal Distribution for a Class of Class B Certificates is greater than the Principal Balance of such Class, the excess shall be distributed to the Classes of Class A Certificates and any Class of Class B Certificates with a lower numerical designation, pro rata, based on their outstanding Principal Balances.
