Investment Banking Firm definition

Investment Banking Firm means a nationally recognized investment banking firm.
Investment Banking Firm shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Original Partnership Agreement, PROVIDED that such firm also has experience in complex valuations of businesses.
Investment Banking Firm shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.11(b).
