Investment Advisor Agreement definition

Investment Advisor Agreement means the agreement entered into between the Investment Advisor and the Board.

Investment Advisor Agreement means any agreement entered into pursuant to Section 2.02 between State Street, as trustee of the ABA Members Collective Trust, and an Investment Advisor.
