Investigation Fee definition

Investigation Fee means the fee payable by the Shipowner under Section 53713(a) of Chapter 537 as set forth on Annex A of this Agreement.

  • Cleanup costs means expenses (including but not limited to legal and professional fees) incurred in testing for, monitoring, cleaning up, removing, containing, treating, neutralizing, detoxifying or assessing the effects of Pollutants.

  • Application Fee means the non-refundable fee required by Owner to process the Application. A site investigation shall be developed based upon the information collected pursuant to the preliminary assessment;
