Intervention definition

Intervention means any action intended to reduce or avert exposure or the likelihood of exposure to sources which are not part of a controlled practice or which are out of control as a consequence of an accident;
Intervention means a support instrument with a set of eligibility conditions as specified by the Member States in the CAP Strategic Plans based on a type of intervention as provided for in this Regulation;
Intervention means the procedure by which a person, not originally a party to an adjudicatory proceeding, voluntarily comes into the proceeding as a party with the leave of the Board. (See Section 101.402 of this Part.)

  • The Social Services Department and Behavioral Health Division of the Health Department will make reasonable efforts to sponsor in-house continuing education courses sufficient to meet the continuing education requirements for the licensed classifications of Clinical Psychologist, Psychiatric Social Worker I/II, Senior Psychiatric Social Worker, Social Worker IV and Social Worker V, Crisis Intervention Specialist I.
