Intermediate Rented Dwellings definition

Intermediate Rented Dwellings means the [specify number] dwellings to be constructed on plots [ ] on the Affordable Housing Land and let and managed by an organisation whose main purpose is the letting and managing of housing and approved by the Council, constructed to Space Standards, let at an Intermediate Rent and “Intermediate Rented Dwelling” means any one of the said dwellings

  • Local public procurement unit means any political subdivision or unit thereof which expends public funds for the procurement of supplies, services, or construction.

  • Automobile or watercraft transporters means any tractor truck, lowboy, vehicle, or combination,

  • Underground facility means any item which shall be buried or placed below ground for use in connection with the storage or conveyance of water, sewage, electronic, telephone or telegraphic communications, electric energy, oil, gas or other substances, and shall include, but not be limited to pipes, sewers, conduits, cables, valves, lines, wires, manholes, attachments and those portions of poles and their attachments below ground.
