Eligible Households definition

Eligible Households for MHP means “eligible household” as defined in Section 7301, for HOME this term means the same as “low income families” as defined in 24 CFR 92.2, and for JSJFWHG this term means the same as “agricultural household” as defined in Section 7202.
Eligible Households means households covered under the priority households and the Antyodaya Anna Yojana referred to in sub-section (1) of section 3;
Eligible Households means households whose incomes do not exceed the income limits specified by TCAC or other, lower income limits agreed to by a Project Sponsor and the Department. In non-Special Needs Population Projects, household income will be calculated on the basis of Units in accordance with TCAC rules and procedures. In Special Needs Populations Projects, household income may be calculated on the basis of bedrooms within a single-family house and bedrooms within an apartment Unit, provided all Project Units are located on the same parcel or on contiguous parcels and the bedrooms are: (1) occupied by a single individual who is a member of a Special Needs Populations, or an individual member of a Special Needs Populations and his or her relatives or caretaker and (2) subject to an individual rental or occupancy agreement. In transitional Special Needs Populations Projects, household income may be calculated on the basis of each occupant of each bedroom provided all Project Units are located on the same parcel or on contiguous parcels and no more than 2 unrelated persons are occupying a bedroom.

  • CRF funds shall be Expended by Grantee for rental assistance for Eligible Households for July through December 30, 2020, as well as rent arrearages for the months of April, May, and June 2020.

  • Rental assistance will be provided to Eligible Households who pay 30% of their monthly net income, including Florida unemployment benefits, towards their monthly rent and have experienced a loss of job or income due to COVID-19.

More Definitions of Eligible Households

Eligible Households means households that qualify under the Program Requirements as approved by the Department and specified in this Agreement or the Management Plan.
Eligible Households means persons whose who meet the Council’s Housing Allocation Policy and whose needs are not met by the market at a cost low enough for them to afford, determined with regard to local incomes and the cost of similar local extra care facilities and accommodation available on the open market and who are in need of care such that they are eligible to Occupy an Affordable Rented Unit pursuant to a Nomination Agreement.

In non-Special Needs Population Pprojects, household income will be calculated on the basis of Units in accordance with TCAC rules and procedures. (The rules and procedures set forth in 25 California Code of Regulations (CCR) Section 2510 et. seq. do not apply). In Special Needs Populations Projects, household income may be calculated on the basis of bedrooms within a single- family house and bedrooms within an apartment Unit, provided all Project Units are located on the same parcel or on contiguous parcels and the bedrooms are: (1) occupied by a single individual who is a member of a Special Needs Populations, or an individual member of a Special Needs Populations and his or her relatives or caretaker and (2) subject to an individual rental or occupancy agreement. Eligible Households means a household whose composition includes at least one Veteran, as defined under the definition of “Veteran” who meets the criteria of Target Populations, as defined, and whose gross incomes do not exceed the income limit specified by TCAC or other lower income limits agreed to by a Project Sponsor and HCD.
Eligible Households means a person or persons in need of accommodation who are unable to rent or buy on the local open market determined in accordance with the Borough Council's housing allocation policy or as otherwise approved by the Borough Council or by mutual exchange in accordance with section 158 of the 2011 Act;
