Eligible Households definition

Eligible Households for MHP means “eligible household” as defined in Section 7301, for HOME this term means the same as “low income families” as defined in 24 CFR 92.2, and for JSJFWHG this term means the same as “agricultural household” as defined in Section 7202.
Eligible Households means households covered under the priority households and the Antyodaya Anna Yojana referred to in sub-section (1) of section 3;
Eligible Households means households whose incomes do not exceed the income limits specified by TCAC or other, lower income limits agreed to by a Project Sponsor and the Department. In non-Special Needs Population Projects, household income will be calculated on the basis of Units in accordance with TCAC rules and procedures. In Special Needs Populations Projects, household income may be calculated on the basis of bedrooms within a single-family house and bedrooms within an apartment Unit, provided all Project Units are located on the same parcel or on contiguous parcels and the bedrooms are: (1) occupied by a single individual who is a member of a Special Needs Populations, or an individual member of a Special Needs Populations and his or her relatives or caretaker and (2) subject to an individual rental or occupancy agreement. In transitional Special Needs Populations Projects, household income may be calculated on the basis of each occupant of each bedroom provided all Project Units are located on the same parcel or on contiguous parcels and no more than 2 unrelated persons are occupying a bedroom.

Eligible Households means households that qualify under the Program Requirements as approved by the Department and specified in this Agreement or the Management Plan.

Eligible Households means a household whose composition includes at least one Veteran, as defined under the definition of “Veteran” who meets the criteria of Target Populations, as defined, and whose gross incomes do not exceed the income limit specified by TCAC or other lower income limits agreed to by a Project Sponsor and HCD.
