Eligible Households definition

Eligible Households for MHP means “eligible household” as defined in Section 7301, for HOME this term means the same as “low income families” as defined in 24 CFR 92.2, and for JSJFWHG this term means the same as “agricultural household” as defined in Section 7202.

Eligible Households means households covered under the priority households and the Antyodaya Anna Yojana referred to in sub-section (1) of section 3;

Eligible Households means households whose incomes do not exceed the income limits specified by TCAC or other, lower income limits agreed to by a Project Sponsor and the Department. In non-Special Needs Population Projects, household income will be calculated on the basis of Units in accordance with TCAC rules and procedures. In Special Needs Populations Projects, household income may be calculated on the basis of bedrooms within a single-family house and bedrooms within an apartment Unit, provided all Project Units are located on the same parcel or on contiguous parcels and the bedrooms are: (1) occupied by a single individual who is a member of a Special Needs Populations, or an individual member of a Special Needs Populations and his or her relatives or caretaker and (2) subject to an individual rental or occupancy agreement. In transitional Special Needs Populations Projects, household income may be calculated on the basis of each occupant of each bedroom provided all Project Units are located on the same parcel or on contiguous parcels and no more than 2 unrelated persons are occupying a bedroom.

• The Owner has or will acquire the Property located in Prince George’s County, Maryland for the purpose of constructing or rehabilitating the Project to provide housing to Eligible Households (as defined herein).

Eligible Households means a person or persons nominated by the Council from its Housing Needs Register in accordance with the Council's allocation policy through its Choice Based Lettings (CBL) and Allocation Policy or such other policy as may from time to time be agreed between the Council and the Registered Provider or on similar registers held by the Registered Provider and/or the Alternative Provider to which the Affordable Housing Dwellings have been transferred

Eligible Households means a household whose composition includes at least one Veteran, as defined under the definition of “Veteran” who meets the criteria of Target Populations, as defined, and whose gross incomes do not exceed the income limit specified by TCAC or other lower income limits agreed to by a Project Sponsor and HCD.

Eligible Households means a person or persons in need of accommodation who are unable to rent or buy on the local open market determined in accordance with the Borough Council's housing allocation policy or as otherwise approved by the Borough Council or by mutual exchange in accordance with section 158 of the 2011 Act;
