Intel Entities definition

Intel Entities means Intel and its Subsidiaries (other than the Mobileye Entities).
Intel Entities means Intel and its Subsidiaries (other than the Mobileye Entities), and “Intel Entity” means any one of the Intel Entities currently in place on the date hereof and any entity which becomes a Subsidiary of Intel after the date hereof.

Examples of Intel Entities in a sentence

  • With respect to Intel Material that is software, the following section applies: Mobileye Entities’ use of any software (including, without limitation, bug fixes, patches, or other software) provided by Intel Entities to Mobileye Entities in the course of providing the Services is licensed to the Mobileye Entities on the terms accompanying the software, unless otherwise specified in the applicable Schedule.

  • Residuals may be retained by Persons who have had access to Confidential Information and (i) the Intel Entities do not have any obligation to limit or restrict the assignment of these Persons, or to pay royalties for any work resulting from the use of Mobileye Residuals and (ii) the Mobileye Entities do not have any obligation to limit or restrict the assignment of these Persons, or to pay royalties for any work resulting from the use of Intel Residuals.

  • If Mobileye Entities provide Feedback to Intel Entities, the Intel Entities will be free under Mobileye’s Copyright and Trade Secret Rights in the Feedback, to use, disclose, reproduce, license, or otherwise distribute or exploit the Feedback in their sole discretion without any obligations or restrictions of any kind, including, without limitation, Intellectual Property Rights or licensing obligations.

  • Intel Entities are free to use, for any purpose, the Mobileye Residuals resulting from access to, or work with, Mobileye Materials.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, the Company agrees that neither the confidentiality provision set forth in Section 1.2 of this Agreement nor any similar confidentiality obligation or restriction contained in any of the Financing Agreements (except for this Section 6.14) shall be binding upon the Intel Entities.

  • Joint Filing Agreement, dated as of November 28, 2008, among the reporting persons to the Initial Joint 13D Filing and, solely for purposes of Sections 7, 8, 9 and 10, the Intel Entities, Intel Capital, Intel Cayman and Middlefield Ventures, Inc.

Related to Intel Entities

  • Company Entities means the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Seller Entities means, collectively, Seller and all Seller Subsidiaries.

  • PJM Entities means PJM, including the Market Monitoring Unit, the PJM Board, and PJM’s officers, employees, representatives, advisors, contractors, and consultants. PJM Interchange:

  • Transferred Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule 1.5.

  • Acquired Entities means the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Acquired Companies means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Target Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • SpinCo Entities means the entities, the equity, partnership, membership, limited liability, joint venture or similar interests of which are set forth on Schedule IV under the caption “Joint Ventures and Minority Investments.”

  • Related Entities means contractors and subcontractors of a Party at any tier; grantees, investigators, customers, and users of a Party at any tier and their contractors or subcontractor at any tier; or, employees of the Party or any of the foregoing.

  • Buyer Entities means, collectively, Buyer and all Buyer Subsidiaries.

  • Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Parent means a “parent corporation,” whether now or hereafter existing, as defined in Section 424(e) of the Code.

  • Seller Subsidiaries means the subsidiary partnerships of the McNeil Partnerships listed on Annex G to this Agreement (the "Subsidiary Partnerships") and the subsidiary corporations listed on Annex F to this Agreement (the "Subsidiary Corporations") which hold GP Interests in certain of the Subsidiary Partnerships.

  • Company Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries of the Company.

  • Seller Parties has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Entities means event and competition organisers/promoters/managers, land and track owners/managers/administrators/lessees, CAMS affiliated clubs, state and territory governments and insured listed in CAMS’ public/product/professional indemnity insurance policies and each of their related bodies corporate (including their related bodies corporate) and each of their organs and agencies, officers/president/directors/executives, employees, servants, agents, partners, providers, members, competitors, drivers, co-drivers, navigators, officials, crew members, pit crew, delegates, licence holders, representatives, commissions, committees, advisers, trustees, councils, panels, shareholders, volunteers, officials, appointees, delegated bodies and sponsors.

  • Parent Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries of Parent.

  • Partnership Entities means the General Partner and each member of the Partnership Group.

  • Company Parties means the collective reference to Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries, including the Borrower, and “Company Party” means any one of them.

  • Seller Group Member means (a) Seller and its Affiliates, (b) directors, officers and employees of Seller and its Affiliates and (c) the successors and assigns of the foregoing.

  • Parent Parties has the meaning set forth in ARTICLE V.

  • Operating Companies means, collectively, the Creekside Operating Company, the Mentone Operating Company and the Yucaipa Operating Company. “Operating Company” means any of the Operating Companies.

  • Released Entities means released entities as such term is defined

  • Seller Parent has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Operating Partnership has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Acquired Company means any business, corporation or other entity acquired by the Company or any Subsidiary.
