Mobileye Entities means Mobileye Global Inc. and its Subsidiaries and any entity which becomes a Subsidiary of Mobileye Global Inc. after the Effective Date.

  • With respect to Intel Material that is software, the following section applies: Mobileye Entities’ use of any software (including, without limitation, bug fixes, patches, or other software) provided by Intel Entities to Mobileye Entities in the course of providing the Services is licensed to the Mobileye Entities on the terms accompanying the software, unless otherwise specified in the applicable Schedule.

  • Seller Entities means, collectively, Seller and all Seller Subsidiaries.
