At the end of the period of exclusion, Insys may apply for reinstatement by submitting a written request for reinstatement in accordance with the provisions at 42 C.F.R. §§ 1001.3001-.3004.
The IRO is not required to undertake a de novo review of the information gathered or activities undertaken by Insys in accordance with the preceding sentence.
