Insured Flight definition

Insured Flight means the flight with the period of travel commencing from the Insured Person checking-in for departure in the Macau immigration counter on the Insurance Start Date for the purpose of commencement of the scheduled flight and until the Insured Person’s arrival at the immigration counter of the Destination.
Insured Flight means the journey with the period of travel commencing from the Insured Person checking-in for departure in the Hong Kong immigration counter on the flight departure date as stated in Certificate of Insurance for the purpose of commencement of his travel and until the Insured Person check-in the immigration counter of the destination of his last flight as stated in the Certificate of Insurance.

  • controlled flight means any flight which is subject to an air traffic control clearance;

  • Passenger car means every motor vehicle other than a motorcycle designed and used primarily for

  • passenger vehicle means a motor vehicle (other than a motor cycle or invalid carriage) constructed solely for the carriage of passengers and their effects and adapted to carry not more than twelve passengers exclusive of the driver, and not drawing a trailer;

  • Underinsured motor vehicle means a land motor vehicle or trailer of any type to which a bodily injury liability bond or policy applies at the time of the accident, but the limit of liability for bodily injury is less than the damages that an insured per- son is entitled to recover from the owner or operator of the motor vehicle for bodily injury. An “underinsured motor vehicle” does not include any vehicle or equipment:

  • Scheduled Flight means a flight in an aircraft where the airline is listed in the Official Airline guide or equivalent and the air carrier holds a certificate, licence or similar authorization for scheduled air transportation issued by the relevant authorities in the country in which the aircraft is registered and, in accordance with such authorization, maintains and publishes schedules and tariffs for passenger service between named airports at regular and specific times. Scheduled Airline does not include Private Charter.

  • In Flight means the time commencing with the actual takeoff run of the Aircraft and continuing thereafter until it has completed its landing roll. If the Aircraft is a rotorcraft, from the time the rotors start to revolve under power for the purpose of flight until they subsequently cease to revolve.

  • Flight means any flight demonstration, flight test, taxi test, or other flight made in the performance of this contract, of for the purpose of safeguarding the aircraft, or previously approved in writing by the Contracting Officer.

  • Insured means the Executive.

  • Passenger compartment means the space for occupant accommodation, bounded by the roof, floor, side walls, doors, outside glazing and front bulkhead and the plane of the rear compartment bulkhead or the plane of the rear-seat back support.

  • Ferry Flight means the movement of an aircraft without payload to position the aircraft to perform a flight or upon completion of a flight to position the aircraft to a point required by the carrier.

  • Smoking means inhaling, exhaling, burning, or carrying any lighted or heated cigar, cigarette, pipe, hookah, or any other lighted or heated tobacco or plant product intended for inhalation, including marijuana, whether natural or synthetic, in any manner or in any form. “Smoking” also includes the use of an electronic smoking device which creates an aerosol or vapor, in any manner or in any form, or the use of any oral smoking device for the purpose of circumventing the prohibition of smoking in this Article.

  • Passenger Coupon or means that portion of the Ticket issued by us or on “Passenger Receipt” our behalf, which is so marked and is to be retained by you.

  • Transit Passenger means a passenger who arrives at the airport in an aircraft and departs from the airport in the same aircraft, where such an aircraft is operating a through flight transiting the airport, and includes a passenger in transit through the airport who has to depart in a substituted aircraft because the aircraft on which the passenger arrived has been declared unserviceable.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • Airport hazard means any structure, object of natural growth, or use of land which obstructs the airspace required for the flight of aircraft in landing or taking off at an airport, or is otherwise hazardous to such landing or taking off of aircraft.

  • Satellite Manufacturer means, with respect to any Satellite, the prime contractor and manufacturer of such Satellite.

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;
