Passenger Coupon definition

Passenger Coupon or means that portion of the Ticket issued by us or on “Passenger Receipt” our behalf, which is so marked and is to be retained by you.

Passenger Coupon means that portion of the Passenger Ticket constituting the passenger’s written evidence of the contract of carriage.

• Except in the case of lost Tickets, refunds will only be issued upon surrender to Carrier of the Passenger Coupon or Passenger Receipt, and the surrender of all unused Flight Coupons.

• A refund issued to anyone presenting the Passenger Coupon or Passenger Receipt and all unused Flight Coupons and presenting themselves as a person to whom a refund may be issued in accordance with 11.2.1 or 11.2.2 shall be deemed a proper refund and shall discharge the Carrier from liability and any further claim or refund.
