Insurance Regulatory Approvals definition

Insurance Regulatory Approvals means the approval of, non-objection to, the Form A exemption requests or Form A Statements, as applicable, from each Insurance Regulator listed on Section 6.1(c) of the Company Disclosure Letter.
Insurance Regulatory Approvals has the meaning specified in Section 12.12(e).
Insurance Regulatory Approvals means those Governmental Approvals required for the consummation of the Insurance Subsidiary Purchase.
