Instructing means a statement of the Customers specific requirements.

Instructing or "teaching" will mean to conduct a learning activity relevant to the class and based, as much as possible, on a lesson plan in a given situation, or a learning activity based on the teacher's expertise.

Examples of Instructing in a sentence

  • The Instructing Party shall not instruct the Owner Trustee in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement or the Basic Documents.

  • The Owner Trustee is further authorized from time to time to take such action as the Instructing Party recommends with respect to the Basic Documents so long as such activities are consistent with the terms of the Basic Documents.

  • For the purposes of these Securities only, the Instructing Creditor shall be the Counterparty.

  • Instructing Party shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.3(a).

  • Instructing Group means at any time:

  • Instruction Letter means written instructions in a form acceptable to NCPS and executed by Issuer Party with Issuer Party directing NCPS to promptly disburse the Escrow Funds to Issuer pursuant to Section 4(a).
