Injured Workers Provisions. An employee who is injured during working hours and who is required to leave the facility for treatment or is sent home as a result of an injury shall receive payment for the rest of the shift at her regular rate of pay. Such employee shall be provided with transportation to her doctor’s office or hospital and to her home as indicated.
