Initial Engineering Reports definition

Initial Engineering Reports means, collectively, an Independent Engineering Report dated as of June 30, 2007 and the St. Mary's Engineering Report, covering the Proven Reserves of the Loan Parties (after giving pro forma effect to the Closing Date Acquisition) and otherwise in form acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
Initial Engineering Reports means, (a) the engineering report concerning oil and gas properties of Borrower and its Subsidiaries (excluding the Merger Subsidiary) dated as of December 31, 2005, prepared by Netherland Xxxxxx and Associates, Inc. and (b) the engineering report concerning oil and gas properties comprising the Acquisition Properties dated as of October 1, 2005, prepared by Netherland Xxxxxx and Associates, Inc.
Initial Engineering Reports means: (a) the report dated as of January 1, 2003, covering some of the Borrowing Base Properties, prepared by R. E. Xxxxx Associates, Inc., and (b) the report dated as of January 1, 2003, covering some of the Borrowing Base Properties, prepared by Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx & Company, Inc., copies of which have been furnished by Borrower to USB.

  • All information contained in the Initial Engineering Reports is true and correct in all material respects as of the date thereof and as of the date of the first Loan hereunder.

  • The remaining part of the site could potentially be suitable as it could provide a logical extension to the residential dwellings to the west subject to adequate integration with the strategic allocation, preserving the setting of Letchmere Farm and responding to the heritage, landscape and ecological priorities of the Conservation Area and the proposed Heath DWS to the southeast of the site.

Initial Engineering Reports means the engineering report concerning the Oil and Gas Properties of Borrower located in the state of Louisiana dated April 1, 1992, prepared by Ryder Scott as of January 1, 1992, and the engineering report concerning the Oil and Gas Properties of Borrower located in states other than Louisiana dated March 23, 1992, prepared by Anderman/Smith Operating Company as of December 31, 1991, true and correct copies of which have been delivered to the Agent.
Initial Engineering Reports means, collectively, (i) the engineering report concerning certain Oil and Gas Interests of the Loan Parties prepared by Huddleston & Co., Inc. as of December 31, 1995, and (ii) the engineerxxx xxxxxx concerning certain Oil and Gas Interests of the Loan Parties prepared by the personnel of Borrower as of June 30, 1996.

Related to Initial Engineering Reports

  • Initial Engineering Report means the engineering report concerning Oil and Gas Properties of Loan Parties dated as of June 30, 2016, prepared internally by the Borrower.

  • Engineering Reports has the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.07(c)(i).

  • Engineering Report means the Initial Engineering Report and each engineering report delivered pursuant to Section 6.2.

  • Progress Reports The Progress Reports as required by the individual Task Work Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement. Responsible: Responsible or Responsibility means the financial ability, legal capacity, integrity and past performance of Contractor and as such terms have been interpreted relative to public procurements. See NYS Finance Law § 163(1)(c).

  • external engineering service means an engineering service situated outside the boundaries of a land area and that is necessary to serve the use and development of the land area;

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, Chief Executive Office State and the Borrower State and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • Engineering control means the use of substitution, isolation, ventilation, and equipment modification to reduce exposure to SARS-CoV-2 virus and COVID-19 disease related workplace hazards and job tasks.

  • Geotechnical engineer means a professional engineer registered with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of the Northwest Territories and whose principal field of specialization is the design and construction of earthworks in a permafrost environment;

  • Annual Statement of Compliance As defined in Section 3.13.

  • Base Case Projections means the initial forecast for the Project prepared as of the Effective Date using the Base Case Financial Model.

  • Operating Statement Analysis Report format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
