Industrial wastewater facility definition

Industrial wastewater facility means all structures, equipment, or processes required to collect, carry away, treat, reclaim, or dispose of industrial wastewater.
Industrial wastewater facility means a facility which reduces or removes pollutants from industrial wastes prior to dis- charge to waters of the state, other than through publicly owned treatment works.
