Index Calculation Period definition

Index Calculation Period means from Monday 0:00 to Friday 21:00 (London time in each case).

  • If a market disruption event occurs or is occurring on any scheduled trading day during the RICI Energy Index Calculation Period, the value of the affected RICI Energy Index Component on such trading day will be the value of the affected RICI Energy Index Component on the next trading day on which no market disruption event occurs or is occurring with respect to such RICI Energy Index Component.

  • If a market disruption event occurs and is occurring during the SPECTRUM Index Calculation Period, then the calculation agent for the SPECTRUM Securities (the “Securities Calculation Agent”) will postpone the final valuation date until there are five trading days on which there is no market disruption event occurring, but in no event will the final valuation date be postponed by more than five scheduled trading days.

  • If there is one trading day during the SPECTRUM Index Calculation Period and extended valuation period, the index factor will equal the closing value of the SPECTRUM Index on that trading day.
