Index Agent definition

Index Agent means ABN AMRO Bank N.V., acting through its London branch, and references to Index Agent shall include any successor index agent appointed pursuant to Product Condition 5;
Index Agent means the Trustee or such other Person as may be designated by the Authority to act as the Index Agent for the Trustee.

Index Agent means such Person designated by the Authority to act as the Index Agent. “Insurance” means any financial guaranty insurance policy or municipal bond insurancepolicy issued by an Insurer insuring the payment when due of principal of and interest on a Series of Bonds as provided in such financial guaranty insurance policy or municipal bond insurance policy.
