Indevus Target Prescribers definition

Indevus Target Prescribers means those Target Prescribers with whom, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the Indevus Sales Force conducts Primary Position Details and/or Secondary Position Details; provided that such Target Prescribers shall be determined from a list of Target Prescribers agreed to in writing between the Parties prior to the Effective Date, as such list may be amended from time to time with the prior written approval of both Parties.

  • For each Calendar Year, Saturn shall review with the Marketing Committee by October 1 of the immediately preceding Calendar Year the specific Target Prescribers for the Product and the planned copromotion coverage by Saturn and Indevus, provided, however, that (i) the Target Prescribers for the Indevus Dedicated Sales Force shall be the Indevus Target Prescribers; and (ii) Saturn may also conduct Details to the Indevus Target Prescribers.

  • For each Calendar Year of the Detail Requirements Period, the Marketing Committee shall determine by October 1 of the immediately preceding Calendar Year any changes in the number of Annual Indevus Details, all of which shall be Primary Position Details, to be delivered to the Indevus Target Prescribers.

  • Target Audience means users on the Criteo Network who will be targeted with relevant performance advertising Product Ads based on the Criteo Technology.

  • Target Population means persons with low incomes who have one or more disabilities, including mental illness, HIV or AIDS, substance abuse, or other chronic health condition, or individuals eligible for services provided pursuant to the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act (Division 4.5 (commencing with Section 4500) of the Welfare and Institutions Code) and may include, among other populations, adults, emancipated minors, families with children, elderly persons, young adults aging out of the foster care system, individuals exiting from institutional settings, veterans, and homeless people.

  • Manufacturing Site means the facilities where a Compound is Manufactured by or on behalf of a Party, as such Manufacturing Site may change from time to time in accordance with Section 8.7.

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • Soft Target means a target that will suffer minimum damage and cause minimum damage to the subject vehicle in the event of a collision.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Collaboration Target means the Initial Collaboration Targets set forth on Exhibit F and any Additional Target or Substitute Target that is selected in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement.

  • Peer-reviewed medical literature means a published scientific study in a journal or other publication in which original manuscripts have been published only after having been critically reviewed for scientific accuracy, validity and reliability by unbiased independent experts, and that has been determined by the international committee of medical journal editors to have met the uniform requirements for manuscripts submitted to biomedical journals. Peer-reviewed medical literature does not include publications or supplements to publications that are sponsored to a significant extent by a pharmaceutical manufacturing company or health carrier.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • KPI Target means the acceptable performance level for a KPI as set out in each KPI;

  • Joint Commercialization Committee or “JCC” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • BMS means the Company, all related companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, successors, assigns and all organizations acquired by the foregoing.

  • Approved clinical trial means a phase I, phase II, phase III, or phase IV clinical trial that is conducted in relation to the prevention, detection, or treatment of cancer or other life-threatening disease or Condition and is described in any of the following:

  • JCC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Development Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means any and all activities undertaken at any time for a particular Licensed Product and that relate to the manufacturing, marketing, promoting, distributing, importing or exporting for sale, offering for sale, and selling of the Licensed Product, and interacting with Regulatory Authorities regarding the foregoing.

  • Biomarker means a parameter or characteristic in a patient or Patient Sample, the measurement of which is useful (a) for purposes of selecting appropriate therapies or patient populations or monitoring disease susceptibility, severity or state, or monitoring therapies for such patient and/or (b) for predicting the outcome of a particular treatment of such patient.
