Independent Valuation Firm definition

Independent Valuation Firm means Houlihan, Lokey, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Inc., Xxxx & Xxxxxx Corporation, Valuation Research Corporation, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx & Company, CBIZ, Inc., Capstone Valuation Services, LLC and any other firm approved by Party A in its reasonable discretion.
Independent Valuation Firm means, Lincoln International, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxx & Xxxxxx and any additional valuation firms approved by the Borrower and the Controlling Lenders.
Independent Valuation Firm means a recognized firm that, in the reasonable judgment of the Board of Directors, is qualified to serve as an independent valuation advisor to the Company.

  • In addition, immediately following the final determination and disclosure of the NAV and Per Share NAV by the Company, the Company will send a copy of the Independent Valuation Firm’s report to Ameriprise and schedule a reasonable number of meetings or teleconferences with the Independent Valuation Firm so that Ameriprise may perform its on-going due diligence review of Company.

Independent Valuation Firm means an internationally recognized firm of valuation experts.

Independent Valuation Firm means an independent accounting firm of nationally recognized standing reasonably satisfactory to the Company, Seller and WSGI (who shall not have any relationship with any of the Company, Seller or WSGI).
Independent Valuation Firm means an independent, experienced appraisal firm which is a member of a recognized professional association of business appraisers acceptable to a majority of the Board of Directors of the Corporation and the applicable Holder and which has not been called upon to audit the financial statements of the Corporation or such Holder.
