Independent Appraiser definition
Independent Appraiser means a nationally recognized or major regional investment banking firm or firm of independent certified public accountants of recognized standing (which may be the firm that regularly examines the financial statements of the Issuer) that is regularly engaged in the business of appraising the Capital Stock or assets of corporations or other entities as going concerns, and which is not affiliated with either the Issuer or the Holder of any Warrant.
Independent Appraiser. An Independent professional real estate appraiser who is a member in good standing of the Appraisal Institute, and, if the State in which the subject Mortgaged Property is located certifies or licenses appraisers, certified or licensed in such State, and in each such case, who has a minimum of five years experience in the subject property type and market.
Independent Appraiser means a person or entity with no material current or prior business or personal relationship with the Advisor or the Directors, who is engaged to a substantial extent in the business of rendering opinions regarding the value of assets of the type held by the Company, and who is a qualified appraiser of real estate as determined by the Board.
