Indenture of Lease definition

Indenture of Lease means the Indenture of Lease as per PQA’s land allotment policy to be entered into between PQA and the Company, in the form contained in Schedule 6.

Indenture of Lease means that certain Indenture of Lease dated as of September 2004 and as disclosed by that certain Memorandum of Lease recorded October 6, 2004, entered into by and between Phase II and Lido Casino Resort, LLC, as amended by that certain First Amendment to Indenture of Lease, dated as of July 26, 2005 and recorded August 26, 2005, and as further amended, restated, renewed, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the Credit Documents.

  • Senior Loan Agreement means that certain Term Loan Agreement, dated as of June 26, 2015, by and among Borrower and Senior Lenders, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Project Loan Agreement means the Project Loan Agreement dated as of the date hereof among the Borrower, the Governmental Lender and the Fiscal Agent, as amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.

  • Fourth Supplemental Indenture means the supplemental indenture dated as of December 1, 1954, hereinbefore referred to.
