Incorporated Societies Act definition

Incorporated Societies Act means the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, under which the Association is incorporated;
Incorporated Societies Act means the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 and includes any equivalent incorporated societies legislation that replaces that Act;
Incorporated Societies Act means the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 as modified and amended from time to time and includes any regulations made under the Act and any exemption or modification to that Act applying to the Society.

  • OHS Act means the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004;

  • WHS Act means the Work Health and Safety (National Uniform Legislation) Act 2011 (NT) and includes subordinate legislation made under that Act including regulations and approved codes of practice as well as any amendment, re-enactment or replacement of such Act ; and

  • Third Parties Act has the meaning given to it in Clause 1.5 (Third party rights).

  • Union harmonisation legislation means any Union legislation harmonising the conditions for the marketing of products;

  • the 1985 Act means the Companies Act 1985;

  • the 1988 Act means the Local Government Finance Act 1988.

  • Public Service Commission means the Public Service Commission constituted under this Constitution;

  • Civil Service Commission means the commission required under Section 5 of Article XI of the Michigan Constitution of 1963.
