Incinerator Fire definition

Incinerator Fire means a fire that is confined within a non-combustible structure or container that has the draft and smoke vents thereof covered with a heavy gauge metal screen having a mesh size not larger than 7 millimeters and which is ventilated in such a manner as to preclude the escape of combustible materials including ash, which fire is set for the purpose of burning refuse, excepting plastic products.
Incinerator Fire means a fire that is confined within an incinerator.

Incinerator Fire means a fire which is confined within a non- combustible structure or container that has the draft and smoke vents thereof covered with heavy gauge metal screen having a mesh size not larger than 13 millimeters and which is ventilated in such a manner as to preclude the escape of combustible materials which include ashes, where the fire is set for burning refuse, excepting plastic products and is licensed by the Government of Alberta.
Incinerator Fire means a fire that is confined within a non-combustible structure, container or barrel with openings covered with a heavy gauge metal screen having a mesh size not larger than 7 millimeters, but does not include any industrial or commercial type incinerator that is required to be licensed under the Alberta Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act and regulations.
Incinerator Fire means a fire set in a container designed for Incineration purposes and constructed completely of non-combustible material that is placed atop not less than 4 cm. (2 inches) of sand or mineral soil extending not less than 60 cm (24 inches) beyond its perimeter, and having a maximum volume of 202 litres (55 gallon) and an outlet or exhaust opening covered by a screen having a mesh of not more than 7 mm (1/4 inch).
Incinerator Fire means a Fire that is contained within a non-combustible structure larger than a 45-gallon drum, container with openings covered with a heavy gauge metal screen having mesh size no larger than 6 millimetres and which is used for the purpose of burning refuse.
