Incentivized Bouquet Rate means the Bouquet Rate as set out in Annexure A of the Agreement, less any specified percentage(s) as applied on the Bouquet Rate as per this Incentive Scheme.

Direct medical education rate means a rate calculated for a hospital reporting medical education costs on the Medicare cost report (CMS 2552). Rewards means any Merchandise Reward, Travel Reward, Gift Card Reward or Account Credit Reward that is available in this Program; and
Investment Personnel means: (a) Portfolio Managers and other Advisory Persons who provide investment information and/or advice to the Portfolio Manager(s) and/or help execute the Portfolio Manager's(s') investment decisions, including securities analysts and traders; (b) any natural person in a control relationship to the Fund who obtains information concerning recommendations made to the Fund with regard to the purchase or sale of a security; and (c) certain other individuals as designated by the Compliance Officer.

Individualized Education Program (IEP means a written statement for a student with a disability that is developed, reviewed, and revised in accordance with the Utah Special Education Rules and Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
Highest Average Compensation means the average Compensation for the three (3) consecutive years of Service with the Employer that produces the highest average. A Year of Service with the Employer is the twelve (12) consecutive month period identical to the Plan Year.
Backsiphonage means the flow of water or other liquids, mixtures or substances into the potable water system from any source other than its intended source, caused by the reduction of pressure in the potable water system.
