ICE Block Broker definition

ICE Block Broker means an entity which has been admitted to the General Participant category of membership for the sole purpose of accessing the ICE Block facility to enter Block Trades brokered on behalf of Members;

  • B.6.1(A) A General Participant who is an ICE Block Broker shall, in accordance with the elections it has communicated to the Exchange in respect of the Contracts it wishes to enter into ICE Block on behalf of Members (trading and/or clearing as required under Rules B.4.1 or B.4.6), only be permitted to access ICE Block to enter Block Trades for such communicated Contracts.

  • In the case of a Trade Participant or an Individual Participant, the EFM must be in respect of business for its own account and the counterparty with whom it arranges the EFM being another Member or ICE Block Broker Member.

  • Not necessary if applying for General Participant ICE Block Broker Membership.The ICE Futures Europe Regulations state that a Member must ensure that relevant Directors and staff are fit and proper, adequately trained and properly supervised with well defined procedures for compliance with the ICE Futures Europe Regulations, as appropriate.

  • Not necessary if applying for General Participant ICE Block Broker Membership.Please confirm below the name of the clearing Member who will provide clearing services for the Applicant if appropriate and also attach with your application written confirmation from the clearer that this has been agreed.

  • For the purposes of this Guidance, and in accordance with the Rules, a Member shall include all registered General, Trade and Individual Participants; ICE Block Broker Members; and all Member representatives such as traders, brokers and back office staff, as appropriate.

  • Surplus lines broker means a person licensed pursuant to Article 5.1 (§ 38.2-1857.1 et seq.) of this

  • Customs Broker/Carrier Agreement means an agreement in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent among a Loan Party, a customs broker, freight forwarder, consolidator, or carrier, and the Agent, in which the customs broker, freight forwarder, consolidator, or carrier acknowledges that it has control over and holds the documents evidencing ownership of the subject Inventory for the benefit of the Agent and agrees, upon notice from the Agent, to hold and dispose of the subject Inventory solely as directed by the Agent.
