Privacy Officer means those offi- cials, identified in Appendix B to this part, who are authorized to receive and act upon inquiries, requests for access, and requests for correction or amend- ment.
Contracting Officer means the person designated by the Director or his duly authorized representative to execute this Agreement on the behalf of the Judiciary, and any other successor Contracting Officer who has responsibility for this agreement. The term includes, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the authorized representative of a Contracting Officer acting within the limits of his written authority.
Presiding officer means the labor commissioner or designee.
Procurement Officer means the Buyer's contracting personnel, as identified in the Introductory Materials.
Inspecting Officer means any officer as mentioned below corresponding to different departments:
Screening Officer means a person appointed to that position under this bylaw.
authorised development means the development and associated development described in Schedule 1 and any other development authorised by this Order, which is development within the meaning of section 32 of the 2008 Act;
Group-wide supervisor means the commissioner or other regulatory official designated as the group-wide supervisor for an internationally active insurance group under Section 31A-16-108.6.
Police officer means every officer authorized to direct or regulate traffic, or to make arrests for violations of traffic regulations.
