HRTAC Act definition

HRTAC Act means Chapter 26, Title 33.2 of the Virginia Code, as the same may be amended from time to time, and any successor statutes.

  • Under no circumstances will HRTAC authorize payment for any work performed by or on behalf of VDOT that is not in conformity with the requirements of the HRTAC Act or this Agreement.
