Examples of the 1974 Act in a sentence
Regulation 3(1) of the Health and Safety (Enforcing Authority for Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems) Regulations 2006 (the “2006 Regulations”), made under the 1974 Act, confers on XXX responsibility for enforcing the relevant statutory provisions to the extent that they relate to certain activities, including, the operation of a railway.
