ACNC Act definition

ACNC Act means the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012 (Cth).

ACNC Act means the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012 (Cth), and any other legislation relating to the establishment or operation of an Australian charities commission and/or a national regulatory framework and/or national education body or otherwise for the not-for-profit sector, and includes:
ACNC Act means the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012 (Cth) as modified or amended from time to time and includes any regulations made under that Act and any exemption or modification to that Act apply to the Company;
ACNC Act means the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profit Commission Act.
ACNC Act means the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012 (Cth). “Appendix” means an appendix to this Charter;
