We are independent of the Company in accordance with the Australian Charities andNot-for-profits Commission Act 2012 "ACNC Act" and the ethical requirements of the Accounting Professional and Ethical Standards Board’s APES 110 Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants (including Independence Standards) "the Code" that are relevant to our audit of the financial report in Australia.
The Directors must comply with their duties as Directors under legislation and common law (judge-made law), and with the duties described under the ACNC Act and/or its regulations.
