Examples of Hotel Sellers in a sentence

  • In furtherance of the foregoing, neither Hotel Sellers nor any Seller-Related Parties shall have any personal liability or other personal obligation with respect to the Ordinary Course of operations of the Hotels from the date of this Agreement until the Closing.
