Host Stadium Regulations definition

Host Stadium Regulations means any and all regulations issued by the Host Club from time to time that set out the terms and conditions upon which spectators are granted entry to the Host Stadium (including, as applicable and without limitation, the Premier League’s Ground Regulations, the PL Commitment and any applicable COVID-19 Supporter Code of Conduct);
Host Stadium Regulations means those ground regulations issued by the Host Club from time to time that set out the terms and conditions upon which spectators are granted entry to the Host Stadium;

  • By applying to purchase one or a number of Away Match Tickets and/or using Away Match Tickets to gain entry to a Host Stadium, you hereby warrant and represent that you are a Leicester City supporter, that you satisfy the relevant sales criteria and that you agree to adhere to the Host Club Ticket Terms and Conditions and the Host Stadium Regulations.

  • Where a supporter with a disability who has purchased an Away Match Ticket requires a personal assistant or carer to accompany them, the personal assistant/carer of said supporter with a disability shall only receive a ticket free of charge subject to the Host Club Ticket Terms and Conditions and Host Stadium Regulations (subject to availability and the provisions of supporting medical evidence).

  • Where a supporter with a disability who has purchased an Away Match Ticket requires a personal assistant or carer to accompany them, the personal assistant/carer of said supporter with a disability shall only receive a seat free of charge subject to the Host Club Ticket Terms and Conditions and Host Stadium Regulations (subject to availability and the provisions of supporting medical evidence).

  • If there is any conflict, ambiguity or inconsistency between any provision of these Away Match Ticket Terms and Conditions and any provision of the Host Stadium Regulations, the relevant provision of these Away Match Ticket Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.

  • Where a supporter with a disability who has purchased an Away Match Ticket requires a personal assistant to accompany them, the personal assistant of said supporter with a disability shall only receive an Away Match Ticket free of charge subject to the Host Club Ticket Terms and Conditions and Host Stadium Regulations (subject to availability and the provision of supporting evidence) as that supporter’s Guest.

  • If there is any conflict, ambiguity or inconsistency between any provision of these Conditions of Issue and any provision of the Host Stadium Regulations, the relevant provision of these Conditions of Issue shall take precedence.

  • By applying to purchase one or a number of Away Match Tickets and/or using Away Match Tickets to gain entry to a Host Stadium, you hereby warrant and represent that you are a Leicester City fan, that you satisfy the relevant sales criteria and that you agree to adhere to the Host Club Ticket Terms and Conditions and the Host Stadium Regulations.

  • CSD Regulations means the CSD’s rules and regulations applicable to the Issuer, the Agent and the Notes from time to time.

  • Land Use Regulations means all ordinances, resolutions, codes, rules, regulations and official policies of CITY governing the development and use of land, including, without limitation, the permitted use of land, the density or intensity of use, subdivision requirements, the maximum height and size of proposed buildings, the provisions for reservation or dedication of land for public purposes, and the design, improvement and construction standards and specifications applicable to the development of the Property. “Land Use Regulations” does not include any CITY ordinance, resolution, code, rule, regulation or official policy, governing:

  • SEBI Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 together with the circulars issued thereunder, including any statutory modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof for the time being in force.

  • TUPE Regulations means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006, as amended.

  • the 2000 Regulations means the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2000(b); "the 2001 Regulations" means the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2001(c);

  • SBE Regulations means the written regulations and procedures adopted pursuant to this chapter for procurement of Supplies, Services and Public Works.

  • EP Regulations means The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations SI 2016 No.1154 and words and expressions used in this permit which are also used in the Regulations have the same meanings as in those Regulations.

  • ISA Regulations means The Individual Savings Account Regulations 1998, as amended or replaced from time to time.

  • Ground Regulations means those ground regulations issued by the Club from time to time that set out the terms and conditions upon which spectators are granted entry to the Ground.

  • National Building Regulations means the National Building Regulations made under section 17(1) of the National Building Regulations and Building Standards Act, 1977 (Act No.103 of 1977), and published under Government Notice No. R.1081 of 10 June 1988, as amended;

  • Regulations D, T, U and X” means, respectively, Regulations D, T, U and X of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor), as the same may be modified and supplemented and in effect from time to time.

  • SRM Regulation means Regulation (EU) No. 806/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 July 2014, establishing uniform rules and a uniform procedure for the resolution of credit institutions and certain investment firms in the framework of the Single Resolution Mechanism and the Single Resolution Fund and amending Regulation (EU) No. 1093/2010, as amended or replaced from time to time (including by the SRM Regulation II).

  • the 2001 Regulations means the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2001[63];

  • General Regulations means the Charitable Incorporated Organisations (General) Regulations 2012.
