Host DNO definition

Host DNO means, where the Company is an EDNO, the DNO for the GSP Group (as defined in the BSC) within which the Company's Distribution System is embedded;

  • Micro wireless facility means a small cell facility that is not larger in dimension than 24 inches in length, 15 inches in width, and 12 inches in height and that has an exterior antenna, if any, not longer than 11 inches.

  • Upgrade means a major version upgrade of any Platform software.

  • Merchant Network Upgrades means additions to, or modifications or replacements of, physical facilities of the Interconnected Transmission Owner that, on the date of the pertinent Transmission Interconnection Customer’s Upgrade Request, are part of the Transmission System or are included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan. Merchant Transmission Facilities:

  • Mileage means the distance traveled on a Portal to Portal basis in a Privately Owned Vehicle (POV). Mileage rates are determined by the Washington State Office of Financial Management (OFM).

  • Transportation network company means a company or organization facilitating and/or providing transportation services using a computer or digital application or platform to connect or match passengers with drivers for compensation or a fee.

  • Advertising Costs The Company will determine with the Agent the amount of advertising that may be appropriate in soliciting offers to purchase the Book-Entry Notes. Advertising expenses will be paid by the Company.

  • Legal Costs of a person means legal costs incurred by that person in defending an action for a Liability of that person.

  • Transportation network company rider or “rider” means an
