Hospital Agreement definition

Hospital Agreement means the agreements entered into by Sobi with the Hospitals in accordance with clause 10.3.2, excluding the Assigned Agreements;

Hospital Agreement means any agreement between Medical Mutual and a Hospital in the Cleveland Region forthe provision of in-patient or out-patient hospital services to Medical Mutual’ssubscribers, and all amendments and additions to any such agreements;
