Hologic means Hologic, Inc., its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns; and its joint ventures, subsidiaries, divisions, groups, and affiliates controlled by Hologic, Inc., and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns of each.
