Highly toxic pesticide definition

Highly toxic pesticide means any pesticide determined to be a highly toxic pesticide under the authority of section 25(c)(2) of FIFRA or by the Department under the Act or rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • Insecticide means a pesticide product that is designed for use against insects or other arthropods, but excluding products that are:

  • Hazardous Wastes means all waste materials subject to regulation under CERCLA, RCRA or applicable state law, and any other applicable Federal and state laws now in force or hereafter enacted relating to hazardous waste disposal.

  • Radioactive waste means any waste which contains radioactive material in concentrations which exceed those listed in 10 CFR Part 20, Appendix B, Table II, Column 2.
