Examples of Rate Contracts in a sentence
Any Credit Extension may be made to the Borrower or continued from time to time, and any Rate Contracts may be entered into from time to time, in each case without notice to or authorization from any Guarantor regardless of the financial or other condition of the Borrower at the time of any such grant or continuation or at the time such Rate Contracts is entered into, as the case may be.
Each Guarantor has adequate means to obtain information from the Borrower on a continuing basis concerning the financial condition of the Borrower and their ability to perform their obligations under the Credit Documents and the Rate Contracts, and each Guarantor assumes the responsibility for being and keeping informed of the financial condition of the Borrower and of all circumstances bearing upon the risk of nonpayment of the Guaranteed Obligations.
The rights, powers and remedies given to each Agent and each Lender hereby are cumulative and will be in addition to and independent of all rights, powers and remedies existing by virtue of any statute or rule of law or in any of the other Credit Documents or any of the Secured Rate Contracts or any of the Bank Product Agreements.
